ABOUT

Jackman Maine's blog is brought to you by Tami and Steve at Cozy Cove Cabins. Our goal is to bring you all the latest tidbits and happening not only here at Cozy Cove but around the region. We will provide with the actual weather as we see it, fishing conditions or at least what our guests say they are catching, moose sightings, trail conditions, and simply, anything we want to pass on to you. Topics could be just about anything but we will try to maintain within the listed categories.

This is also where we will post any BLOG SPECIALS for our cabins. We will list them under the Cozy Cove Cabins Category. All of our discounts follow the same guidelines:
* A 2 night minimum stay
* Payment must be made by cash or check
* Not applicable with any other web or cabin discount
* You must mention that "you saw it on the blog" when you first call for the reservation

SO thank you for stopping in and welcome to our Jackman Maine Blog. We hope you enjoy keeping up to date with us and please, feel free to add a comment, offer more details, or provide information for the author or other our readers. Many children also enjoy this blog so please, keep it clean!

Remember that all of the information we post on our blog is copy protected, but we are not opposed to sharing. If there is ever an image or a story you would like to use, please ask us about it.

Jackman Trail Report December 2010

December 28, 2010 | 2 comments

We have the snow The groomers have been going out. The reports from our guests is that the trails north and east are in great condition. Some bumpy areas on the in town trails but not bad. Armstrong trails to the clubhouse are good also as they too had a lot of snow. I should have details on trails south later tonight and will update this in the morning.

For those of you lucky enough to have booked early for the New Years weekend, you should have a great time with some good riding and fishing.

Trails to the south Update: Alex stated last night that going south out of town is good but after crossing 201, it did not seem like anything had been groomed although someone told him that the groomer was out so those trails should be improved this week. They could not get to Coburn trail.
